Fashionista Extraordinaire

She makes me laugh. She makes me cry. She makes me want to rip off my own head because I can't handle her for another second. She has completely stolen my heart and has me and the entire family wrapped around her devious little finger. She is my firecracker and my sweetheart. And recently, she's decided that she should be the one to pick out her own clothes. And that she should be able to change them whenever she wants. Headstrong? Absolutely!

 Sometimes she dresses for a special dance with her brother...

 and sometimes she doesn't get dressed at all.

 Sometimes she's going for that intellectual look.

 Or dressing for a photo shoot as a brand-new big sister.

 And sometimes, I have no idea why she's dressing the way she is, but this is one of her favorite looks. I had to hide the red shrug so that she wouldn't insist on wearing it to church.

 Sometimes she wears whatever it is we had for dinner. In this case, we had strawberry shortcake kabobs and she's wearing the whipped cream.

Sometimes she puts together an outfit that matches. Like this one. It's just that the capris she's wearing-they're actually Karli's size 3-6 month pants!

Always, though, she's adorable.

I love you Mia, and I wouldn't change a single thing about you. Okay, so maybe I wouldn't have you bite. Last time you bit Corbin you drew blood. But other than that...you are perfect. Thanks for coming to my family.

Three months!!!

This little darling is now 3 months old. She has brought such love and joy to our home. When I say that we all adore her it's the understatement of the century. Today was a beautiful, sunny day so we thought we'd head on out to take a few pictures...

Of course, once I got her dressed the diva decided she needed a nap. Ahh, to be able to sleep like that again.

We had to try a few different poses before we found one that worked...

And of course if Karli gets a photo shoot....

I love this last picture with Corbin and Mia staring at each other while Karli sits peacefully wondering what in the world is going on around her. That's how it is 90% of the time that she's awake. We love you Karli-Q.
